Q&A: St. Timothy Trenton Transition Team
Whenever a parish reaches the point where its ministry is no longer appears viable due to shifting population patterns, and decreased clergy and financial resources, there are many feelings, including sadness, disappointment and anger. There are also questions. St. Timothy Parish Transition Team is composed of members of the parish and is charged with forming recommendation to the Archbishop in light of the realities our parish is facing, and communicating with our entire Family of Parishes. Here are some answers to some of the questions our parishioners have asked. These questions and answers were reviewed by a gathering of St. Timothy Parishioners with their priest in solidum, the Moderator and Staff from our Family Of Parishes on May 8, 2024.
